How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your desired piece, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept major payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
How do I get in contact?

How do I know if my order has been received and is being processed?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation within minutes. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a second email containing your tracking details. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder and if you still can’t find them, reach out to us at ciao@studiomarloe.com.au.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not just yet but this is something we are working on! All orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
All Studio Marloe pieces are made and packaged by hand. Please allow 2–20 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Thank you for your patience.
How long will delivery take?
Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 2–8 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
You can track your parcel at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We take great care to package each order securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or repair where possible.

We selectively partner with boutiques that align with our aesthetic and values. Please reach out via our contact page for stockist enquiries.

Occasionally. We’re open to collaborations with brands and artists who share our slow, tactile approach to design.
